Do you offer an in-store collection?
We offer you the possibility to pick up for free in a store the items you ordered online. During the checkout process select "Pick up in Store" and choose which store (Motcomb in London or Park Avenue in New York) you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store. In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:
A valid ID
The email confirming that your order is ready for pick up (printed or on a mobile device)
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:
A copy of your valid ID
A valid ID of the person collecting
The email confirming that your order is ready for pick up (printed or on a mobile device).
If the item is not picked up within 15 days of delivery to the store, the order will be returned and we will issue a refund.
Why do I see duties added at my checkout if I am purchasing from the UK?
We offer global stock. If your item is only located at our USA warehouse and is shipped from there, you will be liable for duties and will be charged our international shipping rate (£25 or free for orders over £500). Your order will also take longer to arrive, but you won't have to pay any further charges or duties when you receive it. We offer the same returns policy for these orders, which is 28 days for refunds and exchanges.
Shipping destinations
We ship globally. You can select your country in the top right-hand corner of the homepage of our website. If your country is not shown here, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. Unfortunately, due to regulations, we are not currently shipping to Russia.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and the items on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price, so you are not liable for any further charges on receipt of your order.
Shipping restrictions
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Harrys of London must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions.
We are unable to ship any exotic skin items out of the UK without obtaining a CITIES -Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora-. This will cause a delay in the processing of your order. For further information please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Please note that we don't ship to: PO BOXES and military bases.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Russia and Ukraine.
Shipping times
We offer next day shipping for select locations in the UK. This service is only applicable if your order is placed before 12pm GMT from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day for next day delivery.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from our UK and USA warehouses. UK orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days, and USA orders within 3-5 working days. International orders will take 3-8 days, depending on the destination. In the unlikely event of any delay, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you directly.
